The Ultima Marketing System is different than ANY other system used by other Realty Firms. We have a marketing system that on average will cause five to ten qualified, motivated, ready-to-buy buyers to call about your DFW property each and every week. With that type of activity, we normally generate 1-2 showings ourselves (within Prudential) per week, in addition to the activity through the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and other internet sites.  On average for every 10 showings, there will be a second showing, and for every 30, there will be an offer.   • Arrange showings of your home through a Centralized Showing Service that work in conjunction with your schedule.
  • Weekly reporting. You will receive weekly results from advertising and feedback from showings.
